Returns Policy

If you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund. As we make everything to order, we do not offer a free return service and are unable to provide a return label. For this reason, we always ask you to choose carefully before buying.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, complete with all corner protectors and bubble wrap, or they will not be accepted. Kindly reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Items must be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Once we have received and inspected the items, a refund will be issued within seven calendar days. If you return part of your order shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).

If you receive a damaged/incorrect print, please contact us hello@aureous.co with the following information:

- Email address provided at purchase 
- Order number 
- Customer name 
- Attach a photo of the issue and a photo of the packaging 

We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any of our personalised prints.
