This product is made to order so please ensure you select your size & frame carefully as we are not able to amend this once the order has been made.

Frame not included in art prints.

This does not apply to "framed prints" or "framed canvases" which will be shipped with the frames.

If the main Image doesn't show white border, then it does not. This will be shown in our product photos and the product description. Please note the white border does not change the overall dimension of the art print size you choose. For example, an image with a white border listed as 16x20 inches will fit a 16x20 frame.

The size information refers to the total size of the print. The printed image will be slightly smaller than the paper size to accommodate the white border.

We are unable to customise our prints to add/remove white borders.

Art Prints: Giclée fine art printing (the gold standard) on museum-quality, heavyweight matte 200gsm paper. Professionally printed with archival inks which will retain their colour brilliance for a lifetime.

Art prints are printed to order and will take 1-4 business days in production.

Orders for art prints are dispatched via a 24-48 hour delivery service.

They are shipped from a studio closest to you - UK, US, EU, Canada or Australia to avoid customs fees and long shipping delays. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typical delivery times are as follows

• UK: 3-7 business days

• US: 5-10 business days

• Rest of world: 6-10 business days

If you're not entirely happy with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a replacement or refund. Please send an email to hello@aureous to request a return.

All unwanted purchases must be returned to our collections office in the UK. For this reason, we always ask you to choose carefully before buying.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

All of our custom-made and personalised products are created specifically to your requirements. As such, these items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts bespoke or personalised goods from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

We will always confirm the details of your custom order before starting production. By placing your order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you understand this item is non-returnable unless faulty.
