WILL THIS PRINT ARRIVE FRAMED?
All our prints are sent unframed. We do not currently offer frames for sale.
DOES THIS PRINT HAVE A WHITE BORDER?
If the first image shows a white border, you print will arrive with a white border as part of the design.
WHAT PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?
All prints are printed on 250gsm art paper using high quality inks.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU PRINT?
Sizing is as follows:
A1 (23-3/8 x 33-1/8 in) (594 x 841 mm)
A2 (16-1/2 x 23-3/8 in) (420 x 594 mm)
A3 (11-3/4 x 16-1/2 in) (297 x 420 mm)
A4 (8-1/4 x 11-3/4 in) (210 x 297 mm)
50 x 70 cm (19.7' x 27.6 in) (500 x 700 mm)
DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We currently only offered a customized service for our star maps. We are unable to provide any other sizes than those listed or amend colours etc.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
A4 and A3 prints are cello wrapped (our cello is 100% biodegradable) and sent flat packed in double boarded envelopes. A2 prints are rolled and sent in a postal tube.
We ship our prints to the following countries:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please contact us to arrange returns no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your products. If 14 days have passed, we are unable to issue you a refund or exchange. Refunds will be paid within 7 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please complete the returns form included in your order and return to the address given on the form.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.
We recommend tracked shipping to return your item to us.
If your item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com so we can resolve the issue.
For any items that arrive damaged please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving so we are able to arrange a replacement or refund.
