Returns Policy

Returns 

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

If you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return service and are unable to provide a return label. All unwanted purchases must be returned to our collections office in the UK. For this reason, we always ask you to choose carefully before buying.

To return an item, please contact hello@aureous.co with the following information:

  • Order number of the item(s) you would like to return
  • Reason for the return

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, complete with all corner protectors and bubble wrap, or they will not be accepted. Kindly reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Once we have received and inspected the items, a refund will be issued within seven calendar days. 

Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).

Damaged / incorrect orders 

If you receive a damaged/incorrect print, please contact us hello@aureous.co with the following information:

  • Email address provided at purchase  
  • Order number 
  • Customer name 
  • Attach photos of the issue (full photo of the design as well as a close up of the damage) and a photo of the packaging. 

Can I return an item in exchange for another one?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, we have a straightforward refund process for items returned within our return policy. Once you receive your refund, you can purchase the preferred item from our website.
