This product is made to order so please ensure you select your size & frame carefully as we are not able to amend this once the order has been made.

Frame not included in art prints.

This does not apply to "framed prints" or "framed canvases" which will be shipped with the frames.

If the main Image doesn't show white border, then it does not. This will be shown in our product photos and the product description. Please note the white border does not change the overall dimension of the art print size you choose. For example, an image with a white border listed as 16x20 inches will fit a 16x20 frame.

The size information refers to the total size of the print. The printed image will be slightly smaller than the paper size to accommodate the white border.

We are unable to customise our prints to add/remove white borders.

Art prints are printed to order and will take 1-3 business days in production.

Art prints are dispatched via a 24-48 hour delivery service.

If you're not entirely happy with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a replacement or refund. Please send an email to hello@aureous to request a return.

All unwanted purchases must be returned to our collections office in the UK. For this reason, we always ask you to choose carefully before buying.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundablebu.
